- Bookings are essential to guarantee availability, and proof of age is mandatory.
- A "monthly rate" means 30 consecutive nights from your arrival date, not a calendar month — check in on 1 July, check out 31 July.
- Your departure date is the day you leave. To book another consecutive month using that example, the next month begins on 31 July.
- Senior rates apply 1 February – 31 October only. From 1 November to 31 January, guests 60 and over pay the standard adult rate.

Senior Camping Season
Monthly senior camping is one of the biggest things we do, and it has grown into a genuine community rather than just a discount.
Through the quieter months we run events, specials, socials and activities for the seniors camping with us. People arrive for a month and extend. Many come back the same time every year, to the same neighbours.

Senior rates apply from 1 February to 31 October only. From 1 November to 31 January, guests 60 and over are charged at the standard adult rate.
