The term "Monthly Rate" refers to a stay of 30 consecutive nights, starting from the date of arrival. It does not align with the calendar month. For instance, if you check in on the 1st of July, your departure date will be the 31st of July.
Consequently, your departure date is the day you plan to leave. If you wish to book another consecutive month, using the previous example, your new month's stay would begin on the 31st of July.
